The Way to Serenity
Once you relax your Essence truly reveals Itselt.
Take some time for yourself
We are always in search of something…more.
Either money, career, good reputation, good relationships, a house, a partner, kids, exotic holidays, etc. And we try hard, compromise a lot of things and, if we are “lucky”, we finally obtain what we want. The happiness of achieving the respective goal is a high we all want.
But did you ever notice how long this period lasts? Most of the time this feeling of being accomplished or happy lasts so little (until we want the next best thing,) that we don’t even really enjoy it! At least not as we “should”. We spend months, years or decades chasing a goal and feeling anguish over it, just for one small moment (minutes, days or maybe weeks) of “I did it!” or “I have it”.
And so we start again the circle, and again pushing ourselves, our limits, compromising, feeling anxious, planning, fearing what might happen or what might not happen, fearing of what we might loose if we do not continue…. and we rush and rush. A never-ending spiral.

The key to happiness
One day I looked at my reflection in a window as I was walking home after a busy day. I saw a very long face.
“I am tired”, I said to myself. All of a sudden, looking at myself as if I was looking at a movie, Laughter came up and that heavy feeling just dropped. I was laughing at myself, at “my face” and all “my tiredness” and the heaviness of what I felt vanished into thin air.
Maybe we do not realize, but we can drop the “being tired” attitude (thoughts, feelings, even physical inconvenience) instantly, even after a long day.
The key to happiness is, however, to become aware. Awareness is the only thing that can get us out of our moods, out of the tiresome stories we tell ourselves.
What is this Awareness? Awareness is being able to Observe Yourself… being yourself 🙂
Enjoy the ride
Most of the time our desires are so powerful that we definitely don’t enjoy the ride. Furthermore, they can also turn into some sort of obsession. We lead our entire lives with this frustration. We forget to enjoy life, daily life, small moments like eating a good fruit, seeing beauty in the tree in front of our balcony, inhaling fresh air, admiring the sky, paying attention to our loved ones true emotions, etc.
Most of the time, life lives us instead of us living life.
When we are searching for something, whether it is peace or love or anything else, by default, we are not experiencing that something. This workshop is about how to stop searching and start living.

Testimonials
“Diana does magic. I have worked 1:1 with her and have followed one of her courses and it has changed me profoundly. I have gotten so many insights, managed to release long time blockages and got tools that I can use and apply afterwards anytime. With gentleness she manages to get to the core of issues and guide you through them like no other. So you can get out on the other side more connected to yourself and your loved ones. And she does that with humour too.”

“For several years I have suffered from depression and I felt really burned out. The sessions with Diana have been truly life changing. During my sessions I found it a perfect mix between theory and practice. Diana challenged my mind a lot of times. She gave me loads of new information that helped me to see things from a new perspective. Before that I wasn’t able to see my challenges in a constructive way. Thanks to the help of Diana I have gained back confidence in myself and my life.”

“I clicked with Diana from the first moment. Calm, bright, she gave me self-confidence and support during one of the most tumultuous times in my life. The techniques we did together or that she suggested to practice at home brought much clarity, love and forgiveness into my relationships with others and myself. I am deeply grateful to her ❤ She was able to turn on the faucet with gratitude in such a way that I could feel gratitude and the highest love towards the negative aspects of myself, including illness.
I realized that we are part of a divine plan and that everything is perfect just the way it is!
